The 7th Annual FontanaFest
is tomorrow!

FontanaFest

Please join me
– Rain or Shine –
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at
South Side’s Riverfront Park
(bottom of 18th Street at the river).

Help us help others

Bring a non-perishable item to FontanaFest and drop it off at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank booth. Most needed items include cereal, tuna, canned salmon, fruit and vegetable juice, canned beans, canned vegetables, peanut butter, canned fruit, toilet and facial tissue, laundry detergent and diapers.

Enjoy our Three Rivers

Join the PA Fish & Boat Commission and take a canoe out on the Mon; take a boat ride with Pittsburgh Water Limo between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. (tickets are FREE – and available at the Welcome Booth); and see Pittsburgh River Rescue’s boat, watch a dive demonstration and get water safety tips.

Visit Vendor Booths

There are over 30 booths this year with a variety of activities planned and information to provide you – including arts and crafts, wood building kits, games, cotton candy, zoo animals and so much more!

Kids – Find Treasures with a FontanaFest Map

Kids, 12 & Under, stop by the Tickets for Kids Charities booth and pick up a Children's "Treasure" Map. Explore FontanaFest and you can win prizes simply by visiting booths on the map and playing a game, making a craft or doing an activity at each location. Once you're done, return to the booth and, depending on the number of booths you visited, pick out prizes.

Take In Some Scheduled Activities

We have mascots, a drum corp, a dove release, a steel drum band and more. Plan out your day by checking out our scheduled events.

Enjoy Free Food & Drink

Enjoy a hamburger or hotdog, grab a cookie, some popcorn and something to drink. Many thanks to our donors for their contributions to this event.

Without the financial support of our sponsors, this event would not be possible. I thank Astellas Pharma, Bayer HealthCare, Chester Engineers, Columbia Gas of PA, Comcast, Direct Energy, Equitable Gas Company, Laborers’ District Council of Western PA, Pittsburgh Plumbers Local Union No. 27, Point Park University, Steamfitters Local Union No. 449, U.S. Steel Corporation and the West Penn Allegheny Health System
