Mark your calendars now and plan to join me on Saturday, August 9th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Highmark Stadium at Station Square, home of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, for the 10th Annual event!
Best of all, it’s FREE, including lunch that will be available from noon – 2 p.m.
There will be plenty of fun activities for families and children during the day that promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Members of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds will be on hand from noon – 1:30 p.m. leading soccer activities for children on the field at Highmark Stadium. There will also be several inflatables and a climbing wall for children. Nearly a dozen local organizations will also be present to provide important educational and health-related information to families and children while also providing fun crafts, games and other activities for children to explore and engage in. Come out and see what these wonderful groups have to offer while enjoying a fun and active day in our region’s newest stadium venue.
