How Can I Help You?
In conjunction with Pathways Wellness Program and the Borough of Dormont, I will be hosting a Vaccination Clinic on Friday, October 11 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the second floor of the Dormont Pool/Rec Center, located at 1801 Dormont Avenue.
Attendees can receive a COVID booster, Flu, Pneumonia, RSV or Shingles vaccinations.
Anyone interested in receiving a vaccine must pre-register either online or by calling my Kennedy office at 412-331-1208 and providing my staff the necessary information, including insurance information. Available timeslots will go quickly.
Attendees must present Medicare Part B or other commercial health insurance card at time of vaccination. Most in network insurances cover the cost of flu, pneumonia and Covid vaccination. The Shingrix (Shingles) and RSV vaccines are covered by Medicare Part D and there may be a COPAY associated with these. You will be notified by phone/email prior to the clinic of any costs. When registering please provide all insurance information so it can be determined if you will owe anything.
Parking is available in the parking lot at the Dormont Pool/Rec. Center, located at 1801 Dormont Avenue. The clinic is on the second floor of the Pool/Rec. Center and attendees can enter using the outdoor ramp or steps.
